In this 60-minute consultation, we assess your young athlete across four critical areas:
Running Mechanics - Gait analysis to identify inefficient or injury-prone movement patterns
Strength Assessment - Age-appropriate strength testing relative to developmental stage
Power & Explosiveness - Jump and movement quality evaluation
Speed Mechanics - Sprinting technique and acceleration patterns
Parents are present throughout the entire consultation, gaining valuable insight into their child's current movement capabilities and areas for development.

Following the consultation, you'll receive a comprehensive 12-week personalized training program delivered via our coaching app, complete with:
Video demonstrations of every exercise
Clear written instructions and coaching cues
Age-appropriate progressions tailored to your child

What age is too young for this consultation? We work with athletes as young as 6. The assessment and program are completely age-appropriate, focusing on fundamental movement quality and building healthy habits.
Does my child need to be involved in competitive sport? Not at all. Whether they play GAA, soccer, run, swim, or just enjoy being active—proper movement foundations benefit every child.
What if we can't complete the 12-week program? The program is designed to be flexible and fit around school, sport, and family commitments. We provide realistic timeframes that work for busy families.
