    With a background in business and a lifelong connection to the outdoors—having grown up on a farm—Charlotte understands the importance of balance, discipline, and sustainable approaches to health. She is an active runner, regularly competing in 5K events, and maintains her own consistent gym training, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of pursuing fitness goals.
