Why this matters

Too many young athletes are pushed into specialisation, overloaded, or never taught to move well in the first place. The result is avoidable injuries, burnout and players who never reach their potential.

This hands-on workshop gives coaches and parents a clear, practical framework for developing athletes aged 8 to 18. You'll leave with drills and sessions you can use the following week.

Mechanics

Running, landing and movement

The foundations everything else is built on, and the first line of defence against injury.

Speed, agility & reaction

Acceleration, deceleration and decision-making

Training athletes to move fast and think fast, in ways that carry over to the game.

Strength & power

Bodyweight, resistance, bands and med balls

What to use, when to use it, and how to progress it safely at every age.
